In case of orders meant for delivery in Delhi – NCR, orders shall be booked atleast 5 business/working days prior to desired delivery date.
In case of outstation orders, orders shall be booked and confirmed atleast 10 business/working days prior to desired delivery date.
In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full, if already made.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Products sold could be returned/replaced only if any product received by you is damaged/defective, provided you inform us maximum within 24 hours of the delivery.
Products can be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of receiving.
Products are not eligible for return/replacement under following circumstances:
Damages due to misuse of product.
Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
Creatoons Gifting solutions CGS will not be responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where:
Perishable items like sweets, chocolate gift products and other perishable/preserved items are delivered to incorrect address provided by the sender.
Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product.
Orders once out for delivery could not be returned/cancelled.
It will not be possible for us to accept any request for product exchanges.
Cancellation of orders shall be accepted in case cancellation is done at least 48 hours prior to scheduled delivery date in case of Delhi – NCR orders. Outstation orders shall be cancelled at least 7 business/working days prior to scheduled delivery date.
Online refund is credited directly through the mode from which the customer has paid the money within 48 working hours. Once processed by CGS, refund takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
Offline refund is credited once the customer shares the bank details post which it takes 5-7 working days.
